Governor's Visit RY 2009-2010

RCMSL had its Governor's Visit last Nov. 19. With Gov Sid are the following District Officers: AG Doris Ensomo, DS Lita Wells and Governor's Aide Paul Magno. The highlight of the Governor's visit is the presentation of the Club of our Presidential Citation. RCMSL is among the first if not the first to submit the Presidential Citation.
