RVOTE Forum

RCMSL hosted the 4th RVote Forum with Guest speakers Commissioner Gregorio Larrazabal and Miguel Avila of Smartmatic. The purpose of the forum is to discuss to Rotarians the mechanics of the Automated Election. Actual demo of the PCOS machine was done during the forum.
